PROJECT MANAGEMENT

This is why ST has a "Single Source of Responsibility" policy that ensures that all client projects are led by a ST "Principal in Charge". ST is fully accountable on all project issues and ultimately responsible for every project team member.
The Principal in Charge and Project Manager review the approved project plan on an ongoing basis and provide constant communication to the client as to the performance of the project team and the benchmarks that are achieved. This ensures that all issues are identified as the project moves forward and issues are resolved quickly and efficiently to meet all client expectations.
The project teams results are continuously reviewed by both the Principal in Charge and the Project Manager to ensure all benchmarks are met, all elements of the approved plan are implemented, and all client projects remain on time and on budget.
